INSIGHTS & INNOVATION
Control Free's solution built a customized web-based management platform based on our i-BMS solution, making the development process quick while delivering results that meet the client's expectations.
Sensors are connected wirelessly by LoRaWAN, then to the cloud by 4G services, saving significant IT infrastructure hard-wiring costs.
Most sensors are battery-powered which last up to 10 years, thus further saving the cost of adding power outlets.
The project is cost-effective and highly scalable. The solution can also be extended to other areas of the same building, or other buildings in the same cluster at various locations.
More features: remote monitoring; simplified dashboard in i-BMS online portal with real-time data - power panel status, water tank level, genset, chiller data. System fault alerts that send out real-time remote notifications via SMS and emails to the building management team.
